Italy secured a second victory over Turkey in the current Nations League campaign, running out 3-1 winners in another convincing display. Under Roberto Mancini, the Azzurri continue to show encouraging signs of progress as they reshape their attacking options.

With a revamped frontline, Italy broke the deadlock in the 26th minute. Gianluca Scamacca made no mistake with a precise finish to give the hosts a deserved lead and underline his growing importance to Mancini's side.

Turkey hit back after the break with a superb goal from Kaan Jimshir, briefly bringing the visitors level and adding fresh tension to the contest. But the Azzurri responded almost immediately.

Riccardo Calafiori restored Italy's advantage with a well-timed header, meeting a delivery from Nicolo Barella and putting the hosts back in control.

The result was sealed in the 87th minute when Pio Esposito found the net to make it 3-1. Another win over Turkey gives Italy further momentum as Roberto Mancini continues to oversee the team's rebuilding process.
