Vincent Kompany’s side delivered the commanding performance without star striker Harry Kane

Bayern Munich continue to assert their dominance in the Bundesliga, leaving little hope for the chasing pack. In Matchday 25, the Bavarian giants cruised to an emphatic 4–1 victory over Borussia Mönchengladbach, extending their winning streak to six matches across all competitions. Remarkably, Vincent Kompany’s side delivered the commanding performance without star striker Harry Kane and several other key players.

The hosts took control midway through the first half when Luis Díaz broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute with a composed finish. Just before the break, Konrad Laimer doubled Bayern Munich’s advantage, putting the league leaders firmly in charge.

After the interval, the spotlight fell on Jamal Musiala, who confidently converted a penalty to score his first goal of the season following a lengthy injury layoff. Later on, Nicolas Jackson added a fourth to seal a comfortable evening for Bayern. Borussia Mönchengladbach managed only a late consolation goal through Wael Moya.

The match also featured a couple of controversial moments. Rocco Reitz was shown a debatable red card, while veteran goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was substituted at half-time with an injury, the severity of which remains unclear.
