Dortmund Seal Bundesliga Runner-Up Spot

Borussia Dortmund officially secured second place in the Bundesliga after defeating Eintracht Frankfurt in an emotional evening at Signal Iduna Park.
The occasion carried extra significance as fans said goodbye to club stalwart Julian Brandt, while veteran defender Niklas Süle made his final appearance before retirement. Yet the evening began in disastrous fashion for the hosts when Can Uzun stunned the Dortmund crowd with a goal inside the opening two minutes.
Eintracht Frankfurt looked sharp early on, but Borussia Dortmund gradually took control of the contest. Their response arrived through prolific striker Serhou Guirassy, who restored parity with a composed finish before defender Nico Schlotterbeck completed the turnaround deep into first-half stoppage time.
The defining moment of the night came after the break, when 18-year-old prospect Inacio announced himself on the big stage. Meeting a precise cross from Maximilian Beier, the teenager produced a superb first-time finish to score his maiden goal for Borussia Dortmund, sending the famous Yellow Wall into celebration.
Jonathan Burkardt pulled one back late on for Eintracht Frankfurt, setting up a tense finale as the visitors pushed desperately for an equaliser. Dortmund, however, held firm through the closing stages to preserve a memorable victory.
