Five clubs have separated themselves from the rest

After three rounds of the UEFA Champions League group stage, five clubs have separated themselves from the rest. Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Arsenal, and Real Madrid have each collected a flawless nine points, maintaining their perfect records and underlining their ambitions for European glory.

At the opposite end of the table, two surprising names remain without a single point — Benfica and Ajax, both former winners of the European Cup and Champions League. Meanwhile, Kairat have celebrated their first-ever point in the competition, while Villarreal, Copenhagen, and Olympiacos each sit on one.

According to the tournament format, only the top eight teams from the combined group stage will advance directly to the Champions League knockout phase. The next sixteen clubs will battle it out in a preliminary play-off round to determine the remaining spots in the Round of 16.
