Yaremchuk spoke about the defeat in today's Euro-2024 match with Romania

Ukrainian national team striker Roman Yaremchuk spoke about the defeat in today's Euro-2024 match with Romania.

"There are no excuses. We didn't show our game today and didn't follow the coach's instructions. Romania deserved this win, and we need to have a good conversation in the dressing room and move on.

It's very difficult to say anything after such a match. I also don't want to say something unnecessary out of emotion. We lost today. The Romanians won - I congratulate them on their victory. We will prepare for the next matches. We have to show our best there. We need to come together and draw the right conclusions", said Yaremchuk.

The next Ukraine game at Euro-2024 will be played on June 21 against Slovakia.
