Italy have secured the bronze medal in mixed doubles curling at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Stefania Constantini and Amos Mosaner, who won gold in this discipline four years ago, defeated Great Britain 5–3 in the bronze medal match.

It was a particularly painful defeat for the British duo of Jennifer Dodds and Bruce Mouat. The Scottish pair had dominated the round-robin stage, but three defeats in their final four matches saw them finish in fourth place — for the second Olympics in a row.
