Real - Celta 0:2

Luca de la Torre Svedberg stunned La Liga with a brilliant brace, delivering the biggest upset of the weekend as Celta Vigo defeated Real Madrid 2–0 — their first win over Los Blancos since 2017. The result allows Barcelona to pull four points clear at the top of the table, adding extra pressure to Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

For Real Madrid, the evening turned into one long nightmare. After three consecutive draws in November, the team hoped to reset, but instead fell deeper into a difficult run where every bounce of the ball seems to go against them.

The problems began early. On the 24th minute, defender Eder Militão suffered an injury and was forced off, prompting the introduction of Antonio Rüdiger. Moments later, Svedberg produced a delightful back-heel finish that left the Bernabéu in shock.

The situation worsened on 64 minutes when left-back Fran García collected two yellow cards in just two minutes, reducing Madrid to ten men and leaving his teammates to battle uphill.

As Real pushed forward late in the match, Svedberg struck again, sealing his brace and Celta’s historic victory. The chaos continued when substitute Álvaro Carreras also picked up a second yellow, leaving Madrid with nine players to finish a truly disastrous night.
