Tunisia Dominate CAF World Cup Qualifiers with Unbeaten, Unbreached Campaign
Tunisia have officially claimed the top spot in the African qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, following a commanding 3–0 win over Namibia in their final group-stage fixture.
Under head coach Sami Trabelsi, Tunisia delivered a near-perfect qualifying campaign — dropping just two points across 10 matches and remarkably not conceding a single goal all season. Much of that success is owed to standout goalkeeper Aymen Dahmen, who was instrumental in keeping the Carthage Eagles' goal untouched.
Today’s dominant performance confirmed Tunisia’s place among Africa’s elite heading into the 2026 World Cup in North America.

Who Else Has Qualified from Africa?
Alongside Tunisia, four other African powerhouses have already punched their tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup: Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, and Morocco.
