RB Leipzig - Bayern 3:3

FC Bayern Munich came agonisingly close to sealing the Bundesliga title in dramatic fashion during their Matchday 32 visit to RB Leipzig, only to be denied by a last-gasp equaliser in a pulsating 3-3 draw.

While injured talisman Harry Kane watched from the sidelines, hoping for his long-awaited first major trophy, things initially took a nightmarish turn. Leipzig stormed into a 2-0 halftime lead thanks to goals from Benjamin Šeško and Lukas Klostermann, casting serious doubts over Bayern’s title celebrations.

But the second half told a different story. Bayern came roaring back with goals from Eric Dier and Michael Olise, turning the tide and restoring hope. When Leroy Sané struck in the 83rd minute to make it 3-2, it seemed the title was effectively theirs. Cameras quickly turned to Kane, whose face lit up as the celebrations began.

However, football had one more twist in store. In the fifth minute of stoppage time, Yussuf Poulsen stunned the visitors with a dramatic equaliser, halting Bayern’s premature jubilation and leaving Kane visibly stunned.

Despite the setback, Bayern’s grip on the Bundesliga remains firm. With a commanding nine-point lead over Bayer Leverkusen and a +30 goal difference advantage, Kompany’s side are virtually uncatchable. Harry Kane may have to wait just a little longer — but that first major trophy is finally within touching distance.
