Carlo Ancelotti

Carlo Ancelotti has reached another milestone in his illustrious career with Real Madrid, securing his 150th victory as the club's head coach. The landmark win came yesterday as Los Blancos cruised to a 4-1 triumph over Las Palmas at the Santiago Bernabéu.

According to Opta, Ancelotti is now the 22nd manager in La Liga history to achieve 150 league wins. However, within Real Madrid's storied history, he is only the second coach to reach this milestone—following the legendary Miguel Muñoz, who holds the club record with an impressive 257 victories.

2024-25 La Liga Standings

Since taking charge of the Spanish giants, Ancelotti has overseen 210 La Liga matches, recording 150 wins, 34 draws, and 26 defeats. Under his leadership, Real Madrid has scored a remarkable 511 goals while conceding 189.

While Ancelotti's current contract runs until 2026, reports from several media outlets suggest that the club has already identified his successor. It is widely speculated that Xabi Alonso, currently in charge of Bayer Leverkusen, will take over the reins at the Bernabéu in the summer of 2025.

For now, Ancelotti remains focused on leading Real Madrid to further success as they continue their pursuit of domestic and European glory.
