Official: Antonio Conte Leaves Napoli by Mutual Agreement

Napoli have officially confirmed that Antonio Conte is no longer the club’s head coach. The Italian manager has stepped down from his position following a mutual agreement between both parties, bringing an end to his spell in Naples.
The five-time Serie A title-winning coach still had one year remaining on his contract, which was set to run until the end of the 2026/27 season. However, in a move that has become something of a trademark throughout his managerial career, Conte has opted to leave after completing two seasons in charge.
In an official statement, Napoli said: “We would like to thank the coach and his staff for the outstanding work they have done and wish them every success in their future professional endeavors. Thank you, Mister.”
Antonio Conte made an immediate impact at Napoli, guiding the club to the Serie A title in his first season at the helm. The 55-year-old remains the only manager in Italian football history to win the league championship with three different clubs.
