Goals from Berat Djimsiti, Marten de Roon, Mario Pašalić, and youngster Honest Ahanor powered Atalanta into the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia. The turning point came early, as Genoa were reduced to ten men after Morten Fini was sent off in the 36th minute, leaving the visitors hopelessly exposed.
