Cremonese - AS Roma 1:3

AS Roma took a crucial step in the Serie A title race with a 3–1 away win against Cremonese, doing so without injured Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk, who missed the match due to a muscle issue. A victory meant Roma would temporarily move top of the table — and they delivered.

The visitors struck first in the 17th minute when Matías Soulé converted a precise pass from Kone, giving Roma early control. Tensions rose after the break: head coach Gian Piero Gasperini reacted too emotionally on the touchline, earning a booking — and moments later the referee sent him off for continued dissent.

Roma responded on the pitch, channeling their frustration into goals. Within just five minutes, Ferguson and Wesley Franco struck in quick succession, pushing the score to a commanding 3–0. Cremonese managed only a consolation goal through Folina, making it 1–3 by the final whistle.

The win lifts Roma above Napoli to the top of the Serie A standings — at least until the Milan Derby later today, which could further shake up the title picture.
