Lazio continued their resurgence with a convincing 2–0 victory over Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico, marking their second consecutive home win and the first time in 2025 they’ve recorded back-to-back victories.

The opening half was tightly contested, with Toma Bašić and Mattia Zaccagni threatening for the hosts, while Michael Folorunsho and Sebastiano Luperto tested Lazio’s defence at the other end.

After the break, Gustav Isaksen broke the deadlock with a powerful strike, sending the home crowd into celebration. In stoppage time, Mattia Zaccagni sealed the result, finishing off a swift counterattack to make it 2–0.
