A meeting of UPL club presidents took place, at which it was decided to initiate an extraordinary UAF congress.

Election of a new UAF president us currently a number one priority. According to the clubs, now Ukrainian football is left without its leader, as current UAF president Andriy Pavelko is in detention and awaiting trial after being arrested after anti-corruption investigation.

Andriy Shevchenko is named as one of the main candidates to replace Pavelko.
