PSG - Lorient 2:2

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) were forced to postpone their title celebrations after a frustrating 2–2 draw against Lorient at the Parc des Princes on matchday 32. Following their European triumph over Bayern Munich, Luis Enrique opted for bold rotation, handing a start to young goalkeeper Renato Marin in an experimental lineup.

The hosts made a bright start, taking the lead as early as the sixth minute through M’Baye, whose somewhat fortuitous goal set the tone. However, Lorient responded almost immediately, with Pončić Pagis (Pagi) delivering a composed finish to restore parity.

The second half unfolded into pure drama. Substitute Warren Zaïre-Emery looked to have sealed the win—and perhaps the title—with a stunning long-range strike that put PSG back in front. But just as the celebrations began to build, a costly defensive lapse allowed Tosin Adarabioyo to level the score late on.

PSG threw everything forward in the closing stages, hitting the woodwork twice and even seeing a stoppage-time penalty overturned after a VAR review. Despite overwhelming dominance, the Parisians were left without the three points they needed.
