Toulouse - Lens 0:3

RC Lens continue to set the pace in Ligue 1, opening up a four-point gap over reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain. The northern French side have now been top of the table for more than a month and showed no signs of slowing down as they closed the first half of the season with an emphatic 3–0 win over Toulouse.

The match swung decisively in the 23rd minute when Emersonn was sent off for the hosts, leaving Toulouse with a mountain to climb. Pierre Sage’s men remained patient, opting not to force the issue before the break and instead turning the screw after half-time.

The second half belonged entirely to RC Lens. Control, intensity and ruthless execution defined their performance, with Adrien Thomasson at the heart of everything. The midfielder delivered a goal and an assist, effectively sealing a commanding victory and underlining his growing influence in this title charge.

Beyond the result, the night also marked a significant personal milestone for Adrien Thomasson. His assist took him to 50 in Ligue 1 — a landmark achievement reached by only seven players over the past 20 years.
