Premier League

Eden Hazard has been officially inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame, becoming the 26th player to receive the league’s highest individual honour.

The Belgian forward enjoyed a glittering career in England, winning the Premier League title twice with Chelsea and being named the Premier League Player of the Season for the 2014/15 campaign. Over seven seasons at Stamford Bridge, Hazard was also voted Chelsea’s Player of the Year four times, cementing his legacy as one of the club’s modern greats.

Speaking about his induction, Hazard said: “It means a lot to be included in the Premier League Hall of Fame. I’m really proud to join such a special group of players — I think we could make a pretty good team! This recognition is something truly special for me and my family.”

The Premier League Hall of Fame honours players and managers who have achieved exceptional success and made a lasting impact on English football since the competition’s inception in 1992.
