It’s been a standout season for Musiala, who has netted 18 goals and provided 5 assists in 40 appearances

Sky Sports has reported on the injury of Jamal Musiala, the attacking midfielder for FC Bayern Munich.

Musiala scored a goal in the first half of yesterday's Bundesliga match against Augsburg, but was soon substituted due to a suspected injury. The 22-year-old was assisted off the field by two members of Bayern Munich’s medical staff.

According to Sky Sports, the German international has been diagnosed with a torn hamstring and is expected to miss the remainder of the 2024/25 season. This means he will be out for approximately 8 weeks.

As a result, Bayern Munich will now face a challenging period without several key players. Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is also sidelined, along with central defenders Dayot Upamecano and Hiroki Ito, and left-back Alphonso Davies.
