Liverpool have officially confirmed the appointment of Andoni Iraola as the club’s new head coach, ushering in a fresh chapter at Anfield. The Spanish tactician replaces Arne Slot, who departed following a disappointing campaign that saw the Reds finish fifth in the Premier League.

In an official statement, Liverpool announced: “We can confirm Andoni Iraola has agreed a deal to become the club’s new head coach ahead of the 2026-27 season.”
