FC Barcelona have officially confirmed that veteran striker Robert Lewandowski will leave the club at the end of the current season, with no extension to his contract planned.

The 37-year-old Poland international is set to bring down the curtain on a memorable four-year spell at Camp Nou, having played a key role during an important transitional period for the Catalan giants.

Since joining Barcelona, Lewandowski has made 191 appearances across all competitions, scoring 119 goals and providing 24 assists. His experience, leadership and clinical finishing helped the club remain competitive both in La Liga and on the European stage.
