Fulham have completed the signing of highly-rated midfielder Kevin Macedo

Fulham have completed the signing of highly-rated midfielder Kevin Macedo from Shakhtar Donetsk, the club officially announced today.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has signed a long-term contract until June 2030, with an additional one-year extension option in Fulham’s favour.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Shakhtar will receive an initial fee of €40 million, with a further €5 million in potential performance-based add-ons. The deal makes Kevin one of the most expensive exports in Shakhtar’s modern history.

He now ranks fourth in the club’s list of all-time record sales:

  • Mykhailo Mudryk – €70m to Chelsea (2022/23)
  • Fred – €59m to Manchester United (2018/19)
  • Alex Teixeira – €50m to Jiangsu Suning (2015/16)
  • Kevin Macedo – €40m + €5m in add-ons to Fulham (2025/26)

Kevin joined Shakhtar from Palmeiras in January 2024 for just €12 million.
