Fulham are on the verge of completing a blockbuster deal for Brazilian midfielder Kevin Macedo, with transfer insider Fabrizio Romano confirming that a full agreement has been reached with Shakhtar Donetsk.

“Understand the agreement between Fulham and Shakhtar Donetsk for Kevin is done for fee over €42m,” Romano reported. “Details yet to be discussed on player side ahead of green light.”

The 21-year-old has been the subject of intense negotiations throughout the past month, with Fulham making Kevin a top priority before the transfer window closes. Once personal terms are finalized, the Brazilian is expected to undergo a medical in London and sign a long-term deal with the Premier League club.

Kevin to Become One of Shakhtar’s Most Expensive Sales

If the deal goes through, Kevin Macedo will become the fourth most expensive outgoing transfer in Shakhtar Donetsk history. Only Mykhailo Mudryk (to Chelsea, €70m), Fred (to Manchester United, €59m), and Alex Teixeira (to Jiangsu Suning, €50m) have commanded higher fees.

It’s a remarkable rise for Kevin, who only joined Shakhtar from Palmeiras in January 2024 for €12 million.
