The 26-year-old forward returns to North London as a first-team star

Arsenal have officially completed the signing of Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace, according to renowned transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

The 26-year-old forward, who was once part of Arsenal’s academy before being released in 2011, now returns to North London as a first-team star — in what has become one of the most high-profile Premier League transfers of the summer.

Arsenal Beat Spurs to Eze Signing

The Gunners reportedly beat arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Eze’s signature, with Mikel Arteta’s project and Champions League football proving decisive factors.

“All documents have been signed for Eberechi Eze to be considered as new Arsenal player. Deal sealed on player and club side with Crystal Palace” Romano posted, confirming the deal is 100% complete.

One of Arsenal's Biggest-Ever Deals

The transfer fee is understood to be in the region of £67 million, making Eze the third most expensive signing in Arsenal history — behind only Declan Rice (£107m) and Nicolas Pépé (£72m).
