As expected, the majority of selections come from the two finalists

UEFA has officially unveiled the Team of the Tournament following the conclusion of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025, which wrapped up this past Sunday. The all-star lineup, published across UEFA's official channels, features standout performers who lit up the tournament with their skill, passion, and consistency.

As expected, the majority of selections come from the two finalists — England and Spain. Each nation sees four of their stars included in the squad, reflecting their dominance throughout the championship. The remaining spots are filled by players from the other two semi-finalists: Germany contributes two names, while Italy sees one player represented.

England Leads the Attack, Spain Commands the Midfield

Interestingly, the balance of the lineup mirrors the tactical strengths of each finalist. England has a stronger presence in the attacking third, while Spain completely controls the midfield — with all three central positions occupied by Spanish playmakers. It’s a clear nod to La Roja’s technical supremacy in the heart of the pitch.
