Nottingham Forest Agree €40m Deal for Dan Ndoye
Nottingham Forest have reached a full agreement with Bologna for the transfer of Swiss international winger Dan Ndoye, according to top-tier insider Fabrizio Romano.
The deal is worth a reported €40 million plus add-ons, making it one of the biggest signings in Forest’s recent history. The agreement was sealed over the weekend after the Premier League club submitted an improved second offer. Ndoye’s desire to make the move to England also played a key role in accelerating the deal.
Napoli had previously shown strong interest in the 23-year-old, but failed to meet Bologna’s financial demands—ultimately opening the door for Forest to move in decisively.
Bologna originally signed Ndoye from FC Basel for €10.5 million, meaning the Italian side will record a substantial profit on the player after just one season in Serie A.
Ndoye is expected to earn €5 million per year in wages at Nottingham Forest, underlining the club’s growing financial ambition and Premier League staying power.
