Napoli would receive €75 million

Victor Osimhen has officially completed a surprise move from Napoli to Turkish giants Galatasaray, in a deal that is expected to be confirmed later today once final paperwork is exchanged between the two clubs.

While initial reports suggested that Napoli would receive €75 million – split into €40 million upfront and €35 million in deferred payments over the next year – the Italian club has managed to extract even more value from the deal.

As part of the final agreement, Napoli have secured a 10% sell-on clause for any future transfer involving Osimhen, as well as performance-related bonuses based on the striker's number of appearances and goals scored for Galatasaray.

In a further twist, a unique clause in the contract prohibits Victor Osimhen from being transferred to another Serie A club within the next two years - a move clearly designed to avoid strengthening domestic rivals.
