Liverpool are set to complete another major signing this summer, with Hugo Ekitike on the verge of joining the Premier League champions from Eintracht Frankfurt, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

The 23-year-old French striker will reportedly cost Liverpool a total package of €95 million, including performance-based bonuses. Ekitike is expected to sign a six-year contract running until the summer of 2031.

Ekitike has impressed during his time in Germany, scoring 26 goals in 64 appearances across all competitions for Eintracht Frankfurt over the past 18 months. Originally signed for just €16.5 million, the Bundesliga club have turned a massive profit on the forward.
