According to multiple Turkish media outlets, Beşiktaş are planning to part ways with veteran striker Ciro Immobile and highly-rated prospect Semih Kılıçsoy, both of whom are expected to leave the club in the coming weeks. In their place, the Black Eagles are targeting not one but two high-profile forwards.

Beşiktaş have opened negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen for Czech international Patrik Schick, who is seen as the ideal focal point of a revamped attack. Talks are progressing, though a final agreement has yet to be reached.

The club is also eyeing a return for former Fenerbahçe striker Vedat Muriqi, currently with RCD Mallorca in La Liga. The 30-year-old Kosovan, who has netted 35 goals and provided 11 assists in 118 league appearances for the Spanish side, is reportedly open to returning to Turkey. In central midfield, the top priority remains Salih Özcan of Borussia Dortmund. The Bundesliga outfit reportedly want €5 million, while Beşiktaş have opened talks with an offer closer to €3 million. Encouragingly for the Istanbul club, the 27-year-old is said to be keen on a return to his native Turkey — a factor that could help close the gap in valuations.
