Georgiy Sudakov has been named the most valuable player in the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL), according to a new report published by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES). The Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder stands well ahead of his domestic rivals, with an estimated market value of €45.1 million.
The ranking — which differs significantly from popular platforms like Transfermarkt — focuses on statistical models and transfer market dynamics, offering a more analytical perspective on player valuation. Interestingly, the Top 10 is completely dominated by just two clubs: Shakhtar Donetsk (7 players) and Dynamo Kyiv (3 players).
