The 24-year-old winger has managed just two goals and four assists throughout the season at Stamford Bridge, struggling to find consistency or a defined role in the squad.
There is growing speculation that Chelsea may pursue a permanent deal for Sancho from Manchester United, only to offload him quickly back to Dortmund in what would be a calculated two-step transfer move.
