Copa Libertadores

All 32 participants for the group stage of the 2025 Copa Libertadores—South America’s equivalent of the UEFA Champions League—are now confirmed. Brazil leads the way with seven representatives, the highest among participating nations. These clubs will be split into eight groups of four when the draw takes place on March 18 at 00:00 CET.

Ahead of the draw, the teams have been placed into four seeding pots:

Per the tournament regulations, the top two teams in each group will advance to the knockout phase. The opening round of group-stage matches is scheduled for April 1–3.
