Real Madrid vs Las Palmas 4:1

In the 20th round of the La Liga, the leader of the championship Real Madrid hosted a mid-table side Las Palmas.

The guests somewhat shocked the UCL winners when in the first minute Silva put Las Palmas ahead. But the shock quickly passed -by halftime Madrid were already winning 3-1.

First, Ramires helped, as he broke the rules in his own penalty area and Mbappe restored the balance with a penalty. Then Brahim Diaz put Real ahead with a Lucas Vazquez pass. And towards the end of the first half, Mbappe went one-on-one with the goalkeeper after Rodrygo's pass and made a double. The Frenchman had already managed to celebrate his hat-trick in the first half, but the goal was cancelled out by the bar, which took Mbappe's shot.

After 57 minutes Real were already winning with a three goals difference. After a pass from Garcia, Rodrygo hit the bottom corner and brought the score to 4:1.

Soon the visitors were left with ten men after Ramirez was sent off. Real scored twice more, but both times the VAR system indicated that there was an offside. So neither Bellingham nor Valverde managed to put their names on the score sheet.

4:1 - victory for Real, who are two points ahead of Atletico in the fight for title.
