The transfer amounted to more than 70 million euros

Napoli have officially finalised the deal to sell Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain. According to insiders, the transfer amounted to more than 70 million euros.

Today the Georgian national team player passed a medical examination and signed a contract with the Parisians until June 2029.

Earlier it was reported that the winger's salary will be 9 million euros per season plus bonuses based on the results of matches. This is a huge step up in wages for Khvicha, as at Napoli he has been paid €1.5 million per season since his move to the Italian club in July 2022.

In two and a half seasons in Italy, Kvaratskhelia won the Scudetto, scoring 30 goals in 107 official matches, as well as giving 29 assists.

"It's a dream to be here. I have heard a lot of very positive things about Paris Saint-Germain. I feel very proud to join this great club and I am looking forward to wearing my new colours," said Kvaratskhelia to the PSG website.

PSG will play their next match tomorrow against Lance at 18-00 Kyiv time.
