Serhiy Rebrov shared his Euro-2024 expectations

The head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Serhiy Rebrov, in an interview with the official UEFA website shared his Euro-2024 expectations.

Ukraine will play its first tournament game on June 17th against Romania.

"All our opponents at the EURO are very tough. Romania won their qualification group, so we have a lot of respect for them. However, I believe we need to focus on our own performance. Yes, Romania have many great players. Each player represents a good club, so I always approach my opponents with respect.

The guys know that playing for the national team is a huge responsibility. I see it in their faces and in their approach to training and games – they are highly motivated. Every player who joins the national team is extremely driven.

Mykolenko? We're not sure yet when he'll be back, but I know Vitaliy well. He's putting in the work every hour and will do his best to return as soon as possible", said Rebrov.
