Man City win fourth title in a row as Foden double and Rodri earn 3-1 win vs West Ham. Arsenal in their game beat Everton but have to settle for second spot.

The win completed a staggering run of 19 wins and four draws since City's last defeat in the league, at Aston Villa on 6 December.
