The Burkina Faso team minimally defeated Mauritania

In the first match of the day at the African Cup of Nations Burkina Faso team narrowly defeated Mauritania thanks to a late goal.

The game itself turned out to be quite boring, with a minimum of scoring chances, and should have ended in a goalless draw, but the referee intervened. In the 94th a penalty was awarded to Burkina Faso for El-Abd's foul on Traore, and Bertrand confidently converted it - 1:0 in favor of Burkina Faso.
