The final rehearsal for the first Ukrainian classic of the 2023-24 season was the match between youth teams of Dynamo and Shakhtar.

The first half ended without any goals scored, and after the break Dynamo opened the scoring almost immediately - after Salenko's pass, Pashko pushed the ball into the net. And in the stoppage time Kremchanin sealed the game, by scoring the second goal for the hosts - 2:0.
