28-year-old midfielder Ivan Petryak transfers to Shakhtar from Hungarian MOL Fehervar FC. Contract with the player is signed for 4 years.

Ivan Petryak has played for Zorya since 2011, made his debut in the UPL at the age of 17 in match against the Miners. The footballer played 74 matches for the Luhansk club and scored 6 goals during 5 seasons. He was recognized as the best young footballer of Ukraine (2015). Ivan transferred to Shakhtar in the summer of 2016, but played one season for Zorya on loan (34 matches, 6 goals, 8 assists). He made his debut for the Orange-and-Blacks on July 17, 2017 and played 17 matches for the team in 2017/18 season scoring 2 goals. The player spent 2018/19 season in Hungarian Ferencvarosi (36 matches, 6 goals, 12 assists). In the summer of 2019, Ivan signed a contract with MOL Fehervar FC, where he has played during the last 3 years (124 matches, 28 goals, 26 assists).

Since 2012, he has played for the junior and youth national teams of Ukraine. Ivan’s debut for the Ukraine national team, where he has currently played 5 matches, was in May 2020.
