Shakhtar newcomer Yehor Nazaryna on transfer to the club, squad number, results and team fans.

– Tell us your impressions after transferring to Shakhtar.
– I am honoured and proud to become a part of such a great club as Shakhtar. I think every young Ukrainian player dreams to play for Shakhtar and I am glad everything ended this way.

– Shakhtar had a successful start in the Champions Leagues at the beginning of the season and played a few matches in the championship. Did you follow the team?
– I watched all Shakhtar’s matches. Many people said that the team won’t be the same without Brazilians before the season start, but, as we all can see, there is a result both in the championship and the UCL. It is good to join such team. I will also do my best for new victories of Shakhtar.

– Did you have a conversation with the manager already?
– No, I didn’t, but I talked to Darijo Srna. We had a pleasant conversation; Darijo congratulated me on becoming a part of the team and said that he is glad to see me in Shakhtar family.

– Under what squad number will you play?
– I chose 29. This is the same number I had in Zorya. I decided not to change anything. It is good that it was free.

– What would you like to say to Shakhtar fans?
– I am looking forward to meeting with Shakhtar fans and my debut. I want to ask them to continue to support the team, as they have always done before. I remember very well that it was always hard to play against Shakhtar because of their support. You could feel it. At such times, I would like to wish everyone a peaceful sky over their heads. I hope we all will see each other at the Ukrainian Donbass Arena very soon.
