Daichi Kamada Rescues Crystal Palace from Defeat Against Hoffenheim

Crystal Palace snatched a dramatic 1-1 home draw against Hoffenheim thanks to a stoppage-time equaliser in the Europa League. The German visitors had looked set to claim all three points after taking the lead through Alexander Prass, whose effort slipped past Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
The hosts' task became even more difficult in the second half when Adam Wharton was sent off after receiving a second yellow card, leaving Crystal Palace with ten men for the closing stages.
Despite their numerical disadvantage and several missed opportunities, Pierre Sage's side refused to give up and continued to pile pressure on the Hoffenheim defence. Their persistence finally paid off in the 92nd minute, when Daichi Kamada squeezed the ball through the goalkeeper's legs from close range to spark celebrations at Selhurst Park.
