Arsenal Beat Sunderland Away to Maintain Perfect Start

Arsenal maintained their perfect start to the season with a 2-0 victory away at Sunderland, although the Gunners had to work hard before eventually taking control of the contest.
The hosts made life difficult for Arsenal during the opening stages, but the decisive turning point arrived in the 56th minute. David Raya produced a crucial save to deny Enzo Le Fee from the penalty spot after a foul by Ezri Konsa had resulted in a spot-kick.
Just two minutes later, Bruno Guimaraes broke the deadlock in spectacular fashion. The midfielder picked his spot in the top corner with a curling finish to score his first goal for Arsenal and give the visitors a vital lead.
Sunderland were reduced to 10 men in stoppage time when Reinildo Mandava was shown a second yellow card for a foul on Bukayo Saka. The winger dusted himself down and confidently converted the resulting penalty to seal the three points for the visitors.
