Juventus secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Parma at home to make it back-to-back wins at the start of the season.

The hosts dominated possession and created the better chances in the first half, but Francisco Conceicao could only find the post, while several other attempts were comfortably dealt with by a well-organised Parma defence. The visitors held firm to keep a clean sheet going into the interval.

The decisive moment came after the break with the introduction of Nicolas Gonzalez. The Argentine forward made an immediate impact, breaking the deadlock before playing a key role in Juventus' second goal.

Gonzalez pressed the Parma defence and won possession as the visitors attempted to play out from the back. He then set up Teun Koopmeiners, who calmly found the corner to make it 2-0.

Juventus comfortably managed the remainder of the game to secure all three points and register their second consecutive victory.
