First Win For Jaissle as Newcastle Cruise Past Tottenham

Newcastle United secured their first Premier League victory under head coach Matthias Jaissle, beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 at St James' Park.
The hosts controlled much of the game and eventually broke the deadlock after the interval. Anthony Elanga finished off a move involving fellow summer arrivals Nicolas Gonzalez and Amar Dedic, sending the ball into the net to put Newcastle in front.
The Magpies continued to look dangerous and soon doubled their advantage. Yoane Wissa produced an unusual but effective finish, turning the ball into the net with his back to goal to make it 2-0.
Tottenham made several changes to their starting XI following last weekend's defeat, but the reshuffle failed to spark a response. Roberto De Zerbi's side suffered their second loss of the campaign and slipped to the bottom of the Premier League table.
