Mansfield - Arsenal 1:2

Arsenal remain on course for a remarkable four-trophy season after edging past Mansfield Town 2–1 in the FA Cup Round of 16. It was far from straightforward for Mikel Arteta’s side, who were pushed all the way by their determined opponents from England’s third tier.

The visitors rotated heavily but still managed to take the lead shortly before half-time. Noni Madueke finished off a well-worked move to put Arsenal in front, giving the Premier League side a narrow advantage heading into the break.

Mansfield Town refused to back down and caused real problems for the visitors after the interval. Substitute Will Evans capitalised on hesitant defending to level the score, sparking belief among the home supporters.

With the match finely balanced, Eberechi Eze stepped up with the decisive moment. The attacking midfielder unleashed a powerful strike that ultimately secured victory for Arsenal and sent the North London club into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
