Newcastle - Manchester United 4:1

Newcastle United produced a sensational performance at St James' Park, dismantling a disjointed Manchester United 4–0 in Premier League Matchweek 32 to leap into the top four and strengthen their claim for a Champions League spot.

Sandro Tonali opened the scoring early, setting the tone for a dominant display by the Magpies. Harvey Barnes added two more with ruthless finishes on either side of the break, while Bruno Guimarães put the result beyond doubt late on, capping off a fourth straight league win for Eddie Howe’s in-form side.

For Manchester United, it was another evening to forget. Erik ten Hag’s men looked lost and lethargic, now going three matches without a win and slipping to a dismal 14th place in the table. With just six games remaining, the Red Devils are in danger of recording one of their worst league finishes in the Premier League era.

See where both clubs stand in the latest Premier League table.
