The Ukrainian forward was in red-hot form, scoring three goals in four league appearances

AS Roma striker Artem Dovbyk has been officially crowned Serie A Player of the Month for March — marking his first individual accolade since arriving in Italian football.

The Ukrainian forward was in red-hot form, scoring three goals in four league appearances. Even more impressively, all three goals were match-winners, directly delivering nine crucial points for Roma in their charge up the table.

Under his influence, the Giallorossi secured four straight victories, propelling themselves back into serious contention for a UEFA Champions League spot.

Dovbyk edged out a competitive shortlist of contenders that included Nicolò Barella (Inter Milan), Luca Da Cunha, Nicolò Fagioli (Juventus), Oumar Solet, and Riccardo Orsolini (Bologna).

This isn’t the first time Dovbyk has earned top-tier recognition. Back in December 2023, he was named La Liga Player of the Month while playing for Girona FC, following a breakout run of form in Spain's top flight.
