Fulham pulled off a remarkable victory

After Arsenal's draw the previous day, Liverpool entered their London clash against Fulham full of confidence, especially since Arne Slot's team had yet to lose an away game in the Premier League this season.

And on the 14th minute, that confidence only grew when McAllister intercepted the ball, breezed past two defenders, and struck a beautiful shot into the far top corner from outside the box.

However, after taking the lead, Liverpool's defense fell into complete chaos. On the 23rd minute, a deflected shot off Jones' knee fell to Sessignon, who calmly slotted it into the net, leveling the score.

Just ten minutes later, Robertson played a crucial role in gifting Iwobi Fulham's second goal. First, the Scotsman made a poor clearance that allowed Iwobi to take a shot, which was blocked. But then, Robertson nodded the ball back to Iwobi, who fired again, with a lucky deflection off Liverpool's defense sending it into the net.

Five minutes later, Van Dijk failed to block Munez, who broke free and slotted the ball through Kelleher's legs to give Fulham a 3-1 lead before the break. It was a series of unexpected gifts that Fulham took full advantage of.

After the break, Liverpool came out with a different approach. In the 72nd minute, after intercepting the ball, they launched a quick counterattack. Bradley passed to Diaz, who neatly poked the ball into the far corner past Leno.

Elliott came close to equalizing in the 79th minute, but Leno was beaten, yet Elliott's stunning shot hit the crossbar. In injury time, Leno was kept busy, but he managed to keep out attempts from Chiesa and Elliott.

3-2 – Fulham pulled off a remarkable victory, handing Liverpool their first away defeat of the season in the Premier League.
