Nottingham Forest - Brighton 7:0

Nottingham Forest bounced back in spectacular fashion following a heavy 5-0 defeat in the 24th round of the Premier League. The Reds delivered a resounding 7-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.

The match began with an unfortunate own goal from Brighton's defender Adam Webster, giving the home side an early lead. Moments later, Morgan Gibbs-White doubled Forest's advantage, making it 2-0. Then it was time for Chris Wood to shine. The striker netted a sensational hat-trick in just 40 minutes, putting the game firmly out of Brighton's reach.

As the match drew to a close, Neco Williams added a sixth goal for the hosts, and the final blow came from Jota Silva, the new signing for Forest, who sealed the emphatic 7-0 win.
