Napoli head coach Antonio Conte had strong words for his critics following his team’s impressive comeback victory over Juventus at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. The 2-1 win handed Thiago Motta's side their first defeat of the Serie A campaign.

"Some people constantly suggest that we only play defensively, that all we know is counter-attacking. They even claim that other teams smell better than us," Conte said sarcastically during the post-match press conference.

However, the Italian manager was quick to highlight his team’s performance, emphasizing that Napoli displayed high-level football. "Today, we proved that we can play top-level European football," he asserted, pointing to goals from Romelu Lukaku and André-Frank Zambo Anguissa as evidence of their attacking prowess.

Conte also addressed the much-discussed debut of former Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for Paris Saint-Germain, offering a balanced perspective on the Georgian's departure.

"We can only wish Khvicha and his family all the best. He made his choice, but what I didn’t like was how long his agents were negotiating with PSG. But we move forward – no one is irreplaceable," Conte stated confidently.
